to forward six copies of a Report on the Evening Continuation Classes by Mr. A. W. Brewin, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, showing the result of the first term's working of these classes, from October to January last inclusive.
2.
The progress made has so far been satisfactory; the number of students who have availed themselves of the opportunity to continue their education beyond the limit of their school work has been larger than was anticipated and the percentage of average attendances compared with the total enrolment in all classes has been high.
3.
Unfortunately this progress has not been maintained. Whether owing to the fact that the novelty
